Delivery time

We understand how excited you are to receive your new clothes! Therefore, your order will be processed directly from our Warehouse within 24 hours of placement.

Orders received before 11:00 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next day. Weekend orders are scheduled for shipment on Monday.


The estimated shipping time, as listed on our shipping page, begins the day your order ships. This is 2-9 business days, depending on how busy it is and our carriers. However, please note that this is an estimate and delivery may take longer in some cases. Factors such as holidays, weekends and unforeseen shipping delays may affect the delivery time. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.


How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What happens if my order is late?
We aim to deliver within 2-9 business days, but sometimes there may be delays. Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. We are actively working to offer our customers expedited shipping options and will update this FAQ as they become available.

If you have a special occasion or need your order on a specific date, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for possible shipping delays. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, but will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
