Return & Refund Policy

 

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zefrain.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided. We have different return addresses by region and will look for the best address depending on your location. We will send you return information and instructions by email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly encourage you to use a trackable method to ship your return

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we sometimes offer free size exchanges. Please email us if the product you ordered does not fit, and we can see what we can do. Variations / colors / product exchanges are something the customer must do, i.e. return and re-order.

Cancel
We understand that circumstances can change, but our commitment to fast processing means that we are already working diligently to get your order ready for shipment as soon as we receive it. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to check their order before completing payment.

If you have any questions or comments about your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to help you in any way we can within the limitations of our quick processing system. Should you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team at info@zafrain.nl.

If the items are not to your liking, you can always return them within 14 days.

However -> we can sometimes change address details, sizes or variants at the last minute. If the customer sees that something is wrong, they should contact us as soon as they notice.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Please note; all our returns must be sent to our distribution center in China. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
